Eco-Bible Study programme for the clergy and the Church workers of the Diocese was organized by the Diocesan Ecological committee on 5th September 2005 at the CSI Retreat Centre, Kottayam. The Rt. Rev. Thomas Samuel, Bishop of the Diocese, Rev. Prakash K George, Rev. Oommen Varkey and Rev. Dr. R. C. Thomas (all the three from Marthoma Theological Seminary)led the Bible study programme. Rev. Jacob P Samuel, Dr. Mathew Koshy Punackadu, Rev. Sam Samuel and Rev. Thomas K Oommen initiated discussions.
